RETURN POLICY

You may return the items (sale/ special offers/ promotional items non-returnable) sold by happycoat.com within 7 working days from the date of despatch for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund please follow this Returns Proceedure.

1. Items must be re-sent to Happycoat Ltd. by Registered/ Signed For mail or Courier, in order that it may be tracked in the unlikely event that it goes missing.
2. The item(s) must be in original undamaged condition.
3. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
